So, I recently went to New Orleans and it opened up my eyes to fabulous food! A couple of the places I would recommend: Willie Mae's Scotch House, New Orleans Food and Spirits, Jacques-Imo's. Just a couple of my favorite places -- send me your favorites!

I don't know about you, but I love the start of the month. Everything feels so fresh and new.. this is the time of the month where I try to make a list of the things I want to improve from the last month. My November goal is to be ahead of the game instead of procrastinating things I need to do. I almost always do things last minute and, in the end, it just stresses me out more. What are some of your November goals? Talk to your friends about some possible goals you could work on in your diet. I encourage you to get a group of 4-5 friends and reach out to me! Happy Friday, everyone! This week has been a major week of change for me. I made the decision to quit my corporate job and take some time for myself. After I finish school in December, I will travel by myself for 6 months and I couldn’t be more excited about this decision. This post doesn’t have much to do about food, but without a job I will have a LOT more time to post about meal prepping ;) Have friends that want to learn more about meal prepping? I don't know about you, but this week was a LONG one. But it's finally over and I'm going to treat myself to a smoothie! Best part about smoothies? You can put them in plastic cups and save them for future meals... liquid meal prep!

Happy fall, everybody! Introduction to the best time of the year.... the leaves are changing colors, the weather is cooling down, and the holidays are beginning. One of my favorite recipes is pasta, chicken, and red wine vinegar. The tri-colored pasta has all the colors of fall, so who can resist? A fast and fun recipe that leaves everyone wanting more!
